Hmm, it used to be the case that we only tried to find the version of the atk stuff when atk was enabled. Thinks have changed however and we try and find the version every time, but when a11y isn't enabled that'll happen. Its just noise, not serious. But we should fix it.

upstream issue 109513 is too messy, he's just listed the warnings on the console and conflated them with the different error he has. So I opened a new issue and stuffed the patch into that instead. Will be fixed as >= 3.2.0-12.8.fc13
