What's the output of 'brctl show' and 'virsh net-list --all'?

virbr0 is supposed to be created by the 'default' virtual network. Something may have got out of whack, with the network not being torn down correctly, leaving a dangling virbr0.

If virbr0 exists and net-list --all shows 'default' as inactive, can you try 'brctl delbr virbr0', then 'virsh net-start default', and retry?
