Description of problem:
After update system , the maildrop update breaks my qmail system .

with this message on qmail-scanner 

error_condition: X-Antivirus-bastov-1.25-st-qms: d_m: output spotted from /usr/bin/reformime  -x/var/spool/qmailscan/tmp/bastov.localdomain12674849308012404/ (Unknown character set: ANSI_X3.4-1968

Actual results:

Expected results:

Additional info:
Downgrade to maildrop-2.0.4
rpm -Uvh maildrop-2.0.4-11.fc12.i686.rpm --oldpackage
fixes the problem
