Description of problem:
Add child channel for machines in SSM and this change is not reflected by entitlement counter. If you change one system from SSM after group change then counter shows correct numbers.

sat531, fully sync from rhn.stage at date

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add 10 systems to SSM , with only default base channel

2. see Software Channel Entitlements Across RHN Satellite
Red Hat Network Tools for Red Hat Enterprise Linux total=400000 available=399866

3. 10 systems to SSM -> subscribe to child channel 'Red Hat Network Tools'

4. see Software Channel Entitlements Across RHN Satellite
Red Hat Network Tools for Red Hat Enterprise Linux total=400000 available=399866
# no change but 10 systems was subscribed to RHN tools channel

5. go to one system from SSM - > Software Channel Subscriptions
Red Hat Network Tools for RHEL Server (v.5 64-bit x86_64) (399866 available)

unsubscribe 'rhn tools channels'

6. counters are CORRECT now:
