From https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=344581&action=edit it seems that we have a dependency on e2fsprogs because we need blkid; however blkid has semi-recently moved from e2fsprogs to util-linux-ng.

It may be better to have the dependency on the blkid binary, for this reason.  If not that, then recent ecryptfs-utils should depend on util-linux-ng.  In any case, e2fsprogs is no longer correct.

done for F-12, F-13 and rawhide as packaging guidelines "prefer" (require) package requires over file requires
