Description of problem:
Full date (including hh:mm:ss and timezone) is included in Daily Status Report subject line.

Per com/redhat/rhn/frontend/strings/template/StringResource_en_US.xml, argument 0 to dailysummary.email.subject should be "current time in short format". Unfortunately, queueOrgEmails in com/redhat/rhn/taskomatic/task/DailySummary.java calls ls.formatDate instead of ls.formatShortDate.

How reproducible:
Trivially.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable daily status reports.
2. Perform an action that triggers a status report.
3. View subject line in e-mail client  

Actual results:
Subject is "UO RHN Satellite Daily Status Report for 3/5/10 5:00:01 AM PST"

Expected results:
Subject is "UO RHN Satellite Daily Status Report for 2010-03-05"

Additional info:
May be fixed upstream. Not sure, but it seems likely. The same long date format is also used in the report body, but that may be acceptable.
