Description of problem:

Ok, I have no Alert Notification templates, but we should not get a null pointer.

Recreate:
1. create an alert definition
2. add an Alert Notification from template, when you have no alert notification templates
3. get seam error

System now displays a message that no templates are defined and how to define them.
