Description of problem:
If a user creates an Alert Notification Template then attempts to delete it, the UI will return a green success box, indicating that the template was deleted, but the template will still remain.

RHQ, master branch, 4/9 git pull

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Alert Notification Template
2. Attempt to delete this template
  
Actual results:
As above

Expected results:
Template deleted

This seems to be  a UI refresh issue - revisiting the template page after deletion does not show the deleted template again.

QA Verified, Alert Templates can be deleted.
