Its a known issue and one that the upstream Moblin team has said won't be fixed. The Moblin in version 12 was designed solely for 1024x600 screens. The later versions have been designed for more than one size screen but with 1024x600 being the smallest so it might improve with Moblin 2.2 (or what ever the Meego equivalent release is called but its not something that we'll be able to fix in F-12, or likely future releases, at least in the short term. If the Meego community is actually more open as stated this might change but at the moment this is being closed as won't (or maybe can't) fix.
