If the ~/.config/ibus/bus directory doesn't exist, any gtk app will wake up once per second in an attempt to add a notify on it. The directory should be automatically created to work around this.

This issue has been fixed in upstream source code. I will build new release for fedora soon.

ibus-1.3.2-1.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13.

ibus-1.3.2-1.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
