Description of problem:
Several menu entries are not marked as translatable, so VMM shows them in English.
Among them are:
File->Restore Saved Machine
File->Add connection
Edit->Virtual Machine Details
Right Click on VM entry in list->Clone 
Right Click on VM entry in list->Delete 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.8.2, 0.8.3


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open virt-manager with location different from en. For example:

#LANG=ru_RU.UTF8 virt-manager

  
Actual results:
String in English

Expected results:
String in local language.
