Description Sean Dilda 2001-12-12 03:29:14 UTC
I have a file that's bigger than 2GB in a directory and start mc with that
as the current directory. Upon startup, it gives an error saying:

File '<filename>' exists but can not be stat-ed: Value too large for
defined data type

And once its running, the file doesn't show up in the file list.

We don't plan to implement this enhancement on the Red Hat level.
If you want to ask about it on the mailing lists mentioned at
http://www.gnome.org/projects/mc/ and someone implements large file support, we
will upgrade to a new version that has this feature.
