Description Joel Kirchmeyer 2010-03-19 11:13:44 UTC
Summary:

SELinux is preventing gnome-session "add_name" access on 3593.

Detailed Description:

[SELinux is in permissive mode. This access was not denied.]

SELinux denied access requested by gnome-session. It is not expected that this
access is required by gnome-session and this access may signal an intrusion
attempt. It is also possible that the specific version or configuration of the
application is causing it to require additional access.

Allowing Access:

You can generate a local policy module to allow this access - see FAQ
(http://docs.fedoraproject.org/selinux-faq-fc5/#id2961385) Please file a bug
report.

Comment 1 Joel Kirchmeyer 2010-03-19 11:16:34 UTC
I feel like I should really know what these are about, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm actually getting multiple messages like this. I'm guessing it's something to do with my tmp directory? What would I have done to mess this up so that I can try to be more proactive?

Comment 2 Daniel Walsh 2010-03-19 12:46:00 UTC
Looks like this is a dup.
