rhnreg_ks and rhn_register with new rhnlib uses http protocol instead of https defined in serverURL setting in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhnlib-2.5.22-2.el5.noarch

How reproducible:
always with this version

Steps to Reproduce:
1. update rhnlib to rhnlib-2.5.22-2.el5.noarch
2. run 'iptables -I OUTPUT -p tcp --dport www -j DROP'
3. run 'rhn_register'

Mass-aligning under space12, so that we don't lose track of this bugzilla. This however does not mean that we plan (will be able to) address this bug in Spacewalk 1.2.

With Spacewalk 1.2 released, marking as CLOSED CURRENTRELEASE.
