Description of problem:
According the the FDO desktop menu spec LXDE is a registered OnlyShowIn environment, see http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apb.html
This change was committed in January 2009, see

Please update to latest desktop-file-utils (currently 0.16) so I can start using LXDE as OnlyShowIn in F13. Otherwise I cannot validate some desktop files which is a violation of our packaging guidelines. If you like, I can also do the update for you.

desktop-file-utils-0.16-1.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
