Description of problem:
The RHN Deployment Docs state Satellite 5.3.1. There is no Satellite 5.3.1.

Fixed and submitted 5.3.1 -> 5.3.0 versioning to jsherril for transformation. Moving to MODIFIED.

I can't see any 5.3.1 documentation on docs.redhat.com. This bug can be closed.
