when installing
boot: linux <options> text
or
boot: linux <options> expert
always starts the default graphic mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot from CD or floppy
2. boot: linux noathlon text
3. 
	

Actual Results:  Graphic mode starts

Expected Results:  text mode

Additional info:

I'll be filing another bug report concerning the install kernel panicking.
I can't be sure the noathlon parameter is passed to the kernel either.

You should just be able to type

"text <options>"
