Description of problem:
If a user attempts to register to a Candlepin server based upon bogus credentials, like so:

/usr/sbin/subscription-manager-cli register --username= --password=

certificates will still be generated and inserted into /etc/pki/consumer.

1. Install the latest subscription-manager RPM
2. Run a call similar to that in the reproducer

This bug was legitimately closed, just double checking since Steve is gone.
