Description of problem: Once Content Source > JBoss Patch Content Source proxy settings are set, you cannot unset them.

How reproducible:
Edit Proxy
Uncheck Unset for all 4 fields
Fill in all 4 fields for the proxy
Save
Edit Proxy
Check all 4 unset boxes
Save
Expand Proxy 
  
Actual results:
Orginal values are still there, boxes are still unchecked.


Expected results:
Original values should be gone, boxes should be checked

Additional info:
Need to manually correct database to resolve.
