Description of problem:

fedora-release-notes depends on xdg-utils for some unknown reason.
it's nice to see that fedora-release no longer depends on -notes
but notes shouldn't presume a desktop environment.

Hm, good point. This was added because the .desktop file references the "htmlview" command. However, in non-desktop environments the whole file would be unnecessary.  We should probably remove this in the next release.

John, can you see that happens in your .spec processor?  We should increment the release number and do a rebuild as well.

fedora-release-notes-12.0.95-4.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
