How to reproduce
-----
1. copy photos to new folder (few dozen, from "A" to "B")
2. rename photo (1, "A" folder)
3. delete photos (2 photos, "A" folder)

Thumbnails were probably being generated ....

This bug appears to have been filled using a buggy version of ABRT, because
it contains a backtrace which is a duplicate of backtrace from bug #530751.
