Hello!

For some operations, geeqie requires exiv2 utility, however it's missing from the Requires list.

True. It's some of the plug-in scripts that require several external executables. Geeqie's error message isn't clear if a plug-in is missing, so making them optional would not work well. And for missing executables, it only prints those errors onto the console.

For now, I've added several dependencies.
