Description of problem:
USBFS is broken with kernel releases between 2.6.32.9 and 2.6.33.1

The problem got fixed in an upstream kernel a few days ago:

Ubuntu also backported this patch...

Please apply this one asap to kernels >=2.6.32.9 and <=2.6.33.1

Our customers heavily rely on USBFS since they use USB TV tuner devices with it..

Fixed in 2.6.32.11 in updates-testing:
