Description of problem:
missing help during proxy installation.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. satellite530
2. activate rhn proxy via webUI og satellite
3. when you can see step/title "Install RHN Proxy Server(?)" , click to question mark for a help
  
Actual results:
error  Page Not Found

The page you requested, /rhn/help/proxy/en-US/quickstart-install-config.html, was not found.

Expected results:
help with installation guide for rhn proxy 530 is shown

wrong links points to : https://rhndev2.s390.bos.redhat.com/rhn/help/rhn/help/proxy/rhn530/en-US/s1-installation-install-config.jsp

When trying on 5.4.1, I can see that both links on that page are incorrect -- the question mark leads to

/rhn/help/proxy/en-US/s1-installation-install-config.jsp

which gives

Page Not Found

The page you requested, /rhn/help/proxy/en-US/s1-installation-install-config.jsp, was not found.

and clicking on the

Please review the RHN Proxy Installation Guide

leads to

/network/systems/details/proxy/s1-installation-install-config.jsp

which shows an empty page.

On my 5.4.1 Satellite, the URL of the RHN Proxy Guide as shown by clicking on the Help menu item is

/rhn/help/proxy/index.jsp

with a list of versioned links, and 5.4.0 pointing to

/rhn/help/proxy/rhn540/en-US/index.jsp

There is no Web-based RHN Proxy installer in Satellite 5.5. So the prerequisites of this bugzilla are no longer valid for 5.5. Closing as NOTABUG.
