Description of problem:
Some of the translatable strings in the glade files lost their 'translatable="yes"' attributes in the move to GtkBuilder.

system-config-printer-1.2.0-12.fc13

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.LC_ALL=fr_FR.UTF-8 system-config-printer
2.Examine menus
  
Actual results:
Serveur > _Connect..., Settings, New > Printer, Class
and
Aide > Troubleshoot

are all in English.

Expected results:
All in French.

Thanks.  I've rebuilt the translations now too (with 'make update-po').

system-config-printer-1.2.1 will pick up these translations when it is released.
