Description of problem:
After selecting all the required packages, the installer crashed and prompts me 
to save log file to floppy which I have done.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run install from CD1 on two Dell computers,  PowerEdge 350 and PRecision 420.
2.Select defaults presented from HW perspective.
3.Select Africa-Johannesburg
4.DHCP supplied IP address autostart at runtime
5.No Firewall selected
6.Defaults selected from LDAP/NIS Page
7.Perform Workstation selection with KDE as Desktop
8.Used Disk Druid to create disk partitions
9.Installer prompts for second CD, which I insert.
10. Crashed as soon as the last package is installed and prompts me for debug 
disk.


Actual Results:  I was able to replicate the problem each time

Your CDs are most likely bad - please check the md5sum on them.
