Description Even Rouault 2010-04-11 16:27:25 UTC
Description of problem:

See upstream bug : http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/3458

This is a serious regression introduced during 1.7 development, that will affect warping any sufficiently large image. Wasn't detected by our autotest suite because the test image were small enough, but this will trigger easily with real-life images.

I'd strongly advise to apply at least http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/changeset/19010

It would be also good to apply : http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/changeset/19014

For the record GDAL 1.7.2 has been released, which includes the above mentionned fixes
