Description of problem:
DOD Card not identified.  GEMALTO TOPDLGX4.  Need new pcsc-tools (1.4.16 out since january).  Also, please include latest smartcard_list.txt.

pcsc-tools-1.4.16-1.fc12 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 12.

pcsc-tools-1.4.16-1.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
