F12 has iptstate-2.2.2-4.fc12 in updates, but F13 has only iptstate-2.2.2-2.fc13.

$ rpmdev-vercmp iptstate-2.2.2-4.fc12 iptstate-2.2.2-2.fc13
0:iptstate-2.2.2-4.fc12 is newer


Please ensure upgrade paths always work by following the policy for versioning minor updates on old branches:

iptstate-2.2.2-4.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13.

iptstate-2.2.2-4.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
