I updated a system from F12 to F13. After the update "package-cleanup --orphans" listed libsemanage-2.0.45-1.fc12.x86_64.
That's because the version in F13 is older: libsemanage-2.0.43-4.fc13

Please make sure upgrade paths are always correct.

libsemanage-2.0.45-1.fc13 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 13.

libsemanage-2.0.45-1.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
