Scanned image of a botched print

Description of problem:
Running Fedora 12 on x86_64, ran yum update on 4/15/10. After that, printing to my HP cm1312nfi produces bad pages when printing from oofice or firefox. Curiously, the test page prints fine. But in ooffice or firefox, there are many horizontal black lines on the printed page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Each attempt to print in ooffice or firefox produces this behavior.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F12 from DVD
2. yum update, as of 4/15/10
3. system-config-printer, point to an HP cm1312nfi on the network
4. Print a document.

Actual results:
See attachment showing scanned image of a bad printout.

Expected results:
White background, no black lines all over the page.

Additional info:
Have been running F12 for a few months, no probs (well, err, none relating to printing), then recently did yum update, now printing is useless.

BTW, checked to see if the printer was confused. Printed the same document from another F8 machine which sees the same printer. Worked fine.
