Seems to be working fine, my apps compile just fine with and without debuginfo. The attached spec file compiles fine on my F13 machine. Tested on x86_64 only, we don't have PPC anyway and no i686 machine around.

Joost, can you please have a look at it and push to devel?

If you want to know why this wasn't done when 2.4.0 was released: Lazarus didn't work with this version of fpc. Latest Lazarus does, however. So I will push it.

I had another version ready, though, which doesn't use fpcbuild-source package, but the plain fpc-sources. Since fpcbuild contains some binaries. But I will change that later.
