Firefox Open File Archive Manager

Description of problem:When attempting to download file attachment, the user must save file to destination prior to opening recognized file type.

How reproducible: always.  note it's reproducible in production.  


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to https://www.redhat.com/wapps/sso/jboss/login.html
2. Open new case
3. Add attachment
4. Click file to download
  
Actual results: Pop-up is displayed which identifies Opening filename which is a: File Type from path etc. Would you like to save this file. 


Expected results: Pop-up is displayed which identifies Opening filename which is a: File Type from path etc. What should Firefox do with this file. Default Open radio button is selected and user is able to click "OK" pushbutton to open the file without saving file to designated location.
