The current mission control (telepathy-mission-control-5.3.2-1.fc13) is not a stable release:

"The 5.4.x branch is a new stable branch, starting from the last development
release (5.3.2)."¹

Fedora 13 should ship a stable release, so mission control should be updated to 5.4.0

Building for rawhide now. Will push to F-13 once built.
