I take two blank drives, on the first, sda, I create two partitions which are constrained to it, a 500m raid and the rest raid.  I then try to clone this to sdb and get a source drive error telling me that source sda has partitions which are not constrained to sda.  Something isn't checking right.

I believe we talked about just removing this function for F14 as a means of "fixing" this bug.

We've discussed this in the anaconda team, and as is shown by how long it has
taken for someone to even try using the raid clone option, we've decided that
the best way to move forward with this is to simply remove the raid clone
option as it is hardly ever used, this is done by this commit:
