Description of problem:

during a kickstart install mod_wsgi and python-matplotlib report
errors:

mod_wsgi-3.2-1.el5.x86_64 has missing requires of libpython2.4.so.1.0()(64bit)
python-matplotlib-0.99.1.2-1.el5.x86_64 has missing requires of python(abi) = ('0', '2.4', None)

Those are the EPEL 5 versions; those won't work on RHEL 6.
