It's likely that we'll be asked to provide runtime power management support for PCI devices at some point in the 6.x cycle, so we should make sure that we can do so without breaking kabi.

Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.

the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed
