Description of problem:
When I run /usr/X11R6/lib/xscreensaver/atlantis, the system will hang. If upgrading the kernel to 2.4.17, atlantis will run without issue.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run the Big Sur machine with Redhat 7.2/IA64 OS;
2.Run this programm: /usr/X11R6/lib/xscreensaver/atlantis;
3.The system will hang up. The only thing still active is mouse;
4. Upgrade the kernel to 2.5.17, atlantis will run without problem.

Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of
the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem
persists.

The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, 
and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in
the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/
