Description of Problem:
When trying to change the font of the kicker clock the dialog box cannot be
raised to the top.

How Reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on clock, select 'Preferences'
2. Click on 'Choose Font'.

Actual Results:
Dialog box is partially hidden and cannot be raised over preferences dialog.

This seems to be fixed in kdebase-3.0.0-0.cvs20020314.1.
