This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux major release. Rajmani, which variant/arch you need these packages for? For WebServer/x86_64 the fonts packages are in the optional repository. Is this OK with you? We need 32 and 64 bit intel architectures to have xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-1-75dpi and xorg-x11-fonts-ISO8859-1-100dpi fonts available for RHEL6. Some of our GUIs are legacy and have the fonts hardcoded in the binaries. Moving to VERIFIED. If you need those font packages available in the base directory for other variants (see comment #7) please re-open this ubg or file a new one. Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0 is now available and should resolve the problem described in this bug report. This report is therefore being closed with a resolution of CURRENTRELEASE. You may reopen this bug report if the solution does not work for you. |
