After resuming from standby VLC won't continue playing music.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. listen to radiostream
2. go to standby
3. resume
  
Actual results:
playback has stopped

Expected results:
continue playback

vlc is not shipped with Fedora itself; ergo, Fedora can't fix it. Our apologies.
