Description of problem:
Trying to install gnome-schedule fails:

sudo yum install gnome-schedule

You should get that error with every package you are going to try to install right now. HTTP error 403 means "Forbidden". Just wait until the mirrors are open again.

But nonetheless, thanks for filing a bug!
