dmidecod and dmesg on guest machine

Description of problem:

guest machine running rhel 5.5 server kernel 2.6.18-164.11.1.el5 goes
to 100% cpu and stops responding (no ping).
the following issue is not reproducible easily and I don't have a valid scenario, so I will close this bug, and re-open in case i'll found out why it happened and when.

managed to connect with gdb to that qemu process and it was responsive (no dead lock).

also - attached dmesg and dmidecod of guest machine
