Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'virt-manager'.
2. Click 'File' menu.

Actual results:
No 'Restore saved machine' option.

Expected results:
Can restore saved guest from 'File' menu.

This was moved to Host Details -> File -> Restore Saved Machine. However, virt-manager now facilitates the 'managed' save/restore libvirt APIs, which associates a saved image with a VM.

From the main window, select a VM, choose Shutdown -> Save. When that succeeds, you'll notice all previous 'Run' buttons now say 'Restore'. This saves users from having to manually keep track of their save images.
