Description of problem:

When the SearchBar's inner text box gets focus, a dynamic border appears.  The goal is to remove any/all static/dynamic borders from the text box.

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Position cursor inside the SearchBar to give it focus
  
Actual results:

dynamic border appears around the SearchBar's inner text box

Expected results:

no dynamic border should appear

Additional Info: this bug also manifests itself when editing the name of a saved search, which commit 484cf431 handles too.

Verified on 'jon-server-2.4.0.Beta0' build.

When cursor is positioned inside the searchbar, the dynamic border does not appear.
