Description of problem:

In the course of building the GLibC v2.12 i686 binary packages many tests fail, yet the packages are built anyway.

1. On an i686 system do:
2.   rpm -ivh glibc-2.12-1.src.rpm
3.   rpmbuild -bb SPECS/glibc.spec

Expected results:

If the failing test are valid, then the code should be fixed to resolve these errors.  If the tests themselves are invalid then they should be removed from the self-test suite.
