Description of problem:
Dear maintainer,i need python-distutils-extra >= 2.18,because of which my review request is stalled
here is the review request

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
currently version 2.15 is there in repo

How reproducible:
check python-distutils-extra in fedora repo

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rpm -q python-distutils-extra gives version 2.15

Actual results:
version 2.15

Expected results:
Atleast version 2.18

Version 2.19 is out

Bumped up to the latest version and built for Rawhide.
