Description Rajmani Tiwari 2010-06-04 16:57:58 UTC
Description of problem:
In the BETA version of RHEL6 there does not appear to be any ftp file in /usr/kerberos/bin directory.

In RHEL 5 /usr/kerberos/bin/ftp provided by krb5-workstation package and this package also available in RHEL 6 beta but seems not having kerberos ftp.

Is kerberos ftp (/usr/kerberos/bin/ftp) will be included in the official release of RHEL6 GA?

Will /usr/bin/ftp (legacy ftp) be the default ftp client on RHEL6?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
krb5-workstation-1.7-18.el6.i686.rpm

Kerberized clients are in the krb5-appl-clients package, which is an optional package in the 'directory client' group.
