Description of problem:

The alerts-related subsystem view pages have broken links.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create any alert definition in the system, and trigger it
2. Using the menubar, go to Overview > Subsystem Views > Alerts
3. Click any resultant link in the "Alert Definition" column
  
Actual results:

Page blows up with an exception, page missing / not found

Expected results:

Render the alert definition details page for the clicked entry.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an alert template
2. Create a group alert definition
3. Create an alert definition on a resource
4. Using the menubar, go to Overview > Subsystem Views > Alert Definitions
5. Click one of each type in the name column
  
Actual results:

Page blows up with an exception, page missing / not found

Expected results:

* if an alert template name is clicked, render the alert template details page for the clicked entry.
* if a group alert definition name is clicked, render the group alert definition details page for the clicked entry.
* if a resource-level alert definition name is clicked, render the alert definition details page for the clicked entry.
