Doc Text:	The command lvchange --refresh used to cause unexpected partial mapping if some PVs were missing. lvchange --refresh requires a partial flag for missing PVs. This problem is resolved and lvchange --refresh recognizes now --partial.	Story Points:	---

Retested on two different setups with RHEVM and it works, can be moved back to verified.
